Robert L. Lattimer is a recognized, trusted strategic adviser to the presidents of countries, chief executive officers, and selected leaders within higher education. Prior to his current role as TLGs managing consulting partner, he was a partner at Andersen/Accenture Consulting, in the firm's organization and change strategy practice.

 
  • Dr. Hassan Minor, Ph.D.

    EMERITUS

    Dr. Hassan Minor, Ph.D., passed away October 2025 and he is greatly missed by his TLG colleagues, clients, and friends.

    Dr. Minor, was a trusted expert regarding organizational strategy, public policy, and executive coaching on behalf of our clients. He provided leadership for our comprehensive study of the Oakland Police Department, a review of the Port of Oakland, public policy of the J. Walter Thompson Company (JWT), and that of The Office of the General Counsel and Secretary to the Board at the Morehouse School of Medicine.

    Dr. Minor also contributed intellectual capital to our most recent article appearing in the April issue of the Journal of Competitiveness Studies, a peer review journal. The article Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) America's Global Strategic Advantage; please see the section Our Work.

    Dr. Minor earned his doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

  • Curtis C. Brown, Jr.

    SENIOR CONSULTING PARTNER

    Curtis has performed thirty years with Merrill Lynch as the Assistant to the Chairman and President, Regional Managing Director responsible for four business units representing the Private Client Business, Private Wealth Business, Asia Pacific Business, and the Middle Market Institutional Business. Curtis spent the early part of his career delivering value as a financial advisor to those who sought his counsel.

    Curtis’ new book, The Confessions of a Wall Street Warrior, was published in February 2024 with high acclaim.

    Curtis earned his MBA from the National University and a BA from San Diego State University.

  • Daisy Yue

    ASSOCIATE SENIOR CONSULTANT

    Daisy Yue is an Associate Senior Consultant with prior experience at Emory University’s Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives.

    Through honing her project management skills, collaborating with global stakeholders, and improving processes, Daisy considers herself a “professional generalist” driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a love for learning. She also brings marketing and communications experience from the Emory School of Medicine, where she supported and coordinated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

    Daisy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory College of Arts and Sciences and a Master of Arts in Sociology and Education from the Teachers College at Columbia University.
